Byjudgment of 10 October 2025, the Regional Court [Sąd Okręgowy] in Warszawa prohibited Automotive-Expert sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kozłów Biskupi, from offering, marketing, importing, storing, advertising and promoting counterfeit goods in the form of air dryer filters, their packaging and labels, as well as accompanying leaflets and other information and advertising materials bearing the Knorr and Knorr-Bremse marks [2 trademarks], , , which belong to the company Knorr-Bremse Aktiengesellschaft with its registered office in Munich (Germany), as this constitutes a violation of trademark rights.
