Delivery information
What shipping methods are available?
We provide the option of shipping via DPD, InPost – parcel machine and InPost – courier.
Do you ship orders overseas?
The delivery time of an order abroad is from 2 to 5 days.
What is the estimated delivery date?
We deliver orders within 24 hours after the payment is credited or the order is placed – cash on delivery payment method.
What is the cost of delivering the package?
We offer free delivery starting at $299. The cost of shipping for orders under 299 PLN is 12.90 PLN. Bulky orders that exceed the standard dimensions of courier shipments can be shipped on a pallet. Delivery time for such a shipment is 1-3 business days from the time of posting.
Payment information
What payment methods are available?
Payments are made by bank transfer, cash on delivery or via the Przelewy24 platform, i.e. BLIK, online transfers and payment cards.
Can I split the payment?
For orders over 12,000 zl, payment can be split.
